How long will it take to set up the photo booth?
The photo booth will normally take one hour to set up completely. However, this is also dependant on location in the venue and also access. We will advise you on your estimated set up time at the point of booking.
How many people can we fit in the photo booth?
Depending on the style of booth you have decided on we would reccomend a maximum of six. We have found this offers the best results and offers the best picture quality.
Can the photo booth be set up anywhere?
Our Traditonal Booths & LITE Booths are fully portable and can generally be set up in any location without any issues. However, our Magic Mirror booths will require a lift should you wish to have your Magic Mirror anywhere above ground level. Please double check with us prior to booking should you have any questions or concerns.
Do you require a deposit to secure the photo booth?
When is the final balance due?
The final balance can be paid at your convenience. If you choose to pay it off in one lump sum or in installments the choice is yours. Payments can be managed via your booking portal. However, we do request that the full balance is settled in full no later than 21 days before your event.
Our venue has asked for your PLI (public liability insurance) and PAT (portable appliance testing) certificates?
We work with many venues across Bath so they may already have a copy of our PLI & PAT certificates. If not, it’s not a problem! You can either let us know and we’ll forward them on your behalf or alternatively, they can be downloaded from your client portal.
